3. Real Estate Transactions

Property Purchase and Sale: All transactions for the purchase, sale, or assignment of real estate properties facilitated by us are subject to the specific terms of each transaction and may include additional agreements.

Wholesaling: In the event of wholesaling, we may assign our rights to purchase properties to third-party buyers ("End Buyers"). The wholesaling transaction will be governed by an assignment agreement between us and the End Buyer.

Flipping: In the event that properties are being flipped (i.e., renovated and resold), any warranties, disclosures, and other relevant details related to the condition of the property will be clearly outlined in the sale agreement.

4. Property Condition and Disclosures

As-Is Sale: Properties sold or assigned by Kyle Estates LLC are typically sold "as-is," meaning that the properties may be in need of repair, renovation, or improvements. We make no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the property unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspection: Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct independent inspections of properties before entering into any agreement. Kyle Estates LLC is not responsible for any defects, damages, or issues discovered after the transaction is completed.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment Terms: All payments related to the purchase, sale, or assignment of properties must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant contract.

Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of contract signing. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of your property.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in location of your property, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, and not as part of any class or representative action.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyle Estates LLC and its affiliates, agents, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or any transaction, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage.

10. Modification of Terms

Kyle Estates LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination
